    DIO Alive – a powerful tribute to Ronnie James Dio and his legendary years with Rainbow and Black Sabbath – brings the unforgettable classics of the late musician back to life. Founded in 2023, the band is dedicated to preserving and passing on Dio’s musical legacy, spanning his time with Rainbow, Black Sabbath, and his solo career.

    With songs like “Man on the Silver Mountain,” “Holy Diver,” “Heaven and Hell,” and “Stargazer,” the audience can expect a musical journey through time that includes both radio-friendly hits and epic rock ballads. Dutch vocal powerhouse John “Jaycee” Cuijpers brings Dio’s powerful voice and energy back to the stage in an impressive way.

    “Ronnie James Dio was one of the greatest singers in hard rock and heavy metal,” says Cuijpers. “With DIO Alive, we want to share his timeless music and the passion he stood for with the fans.”

    By Cuijpers’ side is guitar virtuoso Frank Pané, known for his work with Ian Paice, Bobby Kimball, and Dave Bickler. The band delivers an electrifying performance and a respectful tribute to Dio’s musical legacy that is sure to captivate fans.
